If you are so in a hurry, go to your local Apple Store and buy a Mac... You'll get it immediately and won't have to wait until that stupid torrent download is complete...

Fastest way is to subscribe EasyNews for 9 bucks a month and download the files as fast as your bandwidth can get. In my case I was able to download in 10 minutes. If you download fast, then I suggest you go with easynews or such sites.

Please excuse me guys, if this was already mentioned here, but I can't read 30 pages at once ;-)
I found following "bugs":

- Some language files are missing for new features like list stacks. I've got the german languagepacks installed, but on lists it's following shown:

OPTIONS
OPEN_IN_FINDER

(looks a little bit like variable-placeholders)

The second thing I was wondering about is, that in System Config "Time Machine" you can't hide the time machine icon in the menubar. Mh.. !? For non-time machine users not very cool ... ;-)

I don't get it. Our ALC850 was supported natively by 10.5.1 - I don't know why it wouldn't be in 10.5.2...

( that's the sound codec used on my son's MB on our very first Zephyroth install. I haven't tried 10.5.2 on his machine - it's working perfectly for him & I really don't want to mess with it... )

So you are telling me that on 10.5.1 the sound works on alc 850?

Absolutely.
Look for the "Hardware" thread. All the hardware specs for that computer are listed... That was my "1st GarageBand 10.5.1..." - first successful zephy install. My son uses that computer with Garage Band daily - ever since I built it.

Rather not i'm afraid. Ive already checked before i posted thank you very much. But my problem was that i clicked the search button too many times so it popped up with an limit error. So i was asking very kindly if there was another program because this one wont work because my limit runned out. Can you understand now? Or do you want me to explain it to you in kinda more simple english?
