Firstly try experimenting with boot commands (-f, -v, -x, -legacy). You should try typing in -v at the boot prompt and see what line your install freezes at.
Secondly, NForce tends to be a real pain in the @$$ for OSx86. Or so I've heard. It's possible but some patience and a few chocolate chip cookies to tide you over may be needed.
