I'm new to this. please excuse my questions if they sound stupid.

I just build a new computer and i want to install os x on it. My specs are:

AMD Phenom 9600 Agena
BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX3 A2+
4 gb of ram
500 gb of harddrive

actually someone on here had that same processor and motherboard and they were using LawlessPPC. Can someone point me in the right direction to get more info on LawlessPPC? and also i've seen alot of people's specs mention " BootLoader" and " Kernel", what are these?
