Playing unauthorized music and video's on itunes?

Hey, I have some music and movies on itunes that say

"This computer is not authorized to play "Name of movie or song". Would you like to authorize it?"

then It wants me to log into an itunes account. The problem is that I have no idea what my password is to that account or even my email because I haven't used that account or email in like 3 years.

What I'm wondering is, is there a program or a way that I could get these movies and music onto my ipod without the account password?

Smile Songbird

Ive been using Songbird for a bit now and have been real pleased. It is an alternate to iTunes with a wide range of functionality. I do not have an ipod but I know there is a pluggin for Songbird that allows you to sync ipods.

I looked around and this seemed promising. I haven't tried it out, but hey, more power to you!
