I'm running off a 10.5.0 retail install DVD "restored" to an 8GB flash drive. I modified the bootloader of the flash drive AND the Hard Drive to which it is installed to using Munky's Tutorial (found both here and here) and successfully updated my system via native Apple Software Update now to 10.5.6. |
