Thanks for the tips and the link. So there is no driver for x1250 yet. I can't believe all my effort now failed. Everything is working in my system except for display driver.

To my little knowledge in mac, I was able to make webcam vx6000 to work and thought display is only minimum.

Can someone advise me which ATI PCI express x16 card to buy?

find out your devID for the ethernet... remember to swap the values around like we talked about in IRC... in the Finder menu, select "Go" then "Go to Folder..." then input "/System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/"

right click through the files and select "Show Package Contents" and edit the info.plist located within them. Find the lines showing other devIDs and place yours at the end in the same format... (remember: 0x1345de43 or whatever yours happens to be)... repair extensions permissions using that same app and try out your ethernet after reboot. Hope something works... you can use Terminal and type "kextstat" to find out what extensions you are using (in order to determine which of the network kexts allows this to work)

you should try this out on each of them individually and don't edit the rest of the .plist...

let me know how/when/if its working. I realize this is pretty hit/miss by doing it this way but like I said before, I haven't found any direct fix for this except the mentioning of editing the kexts to include the devID.

find your devID and just post it as it is seen via the lspci printout... use [command]+[shift]+[4] to take a screenshot of a selectable area of your screen (you do remember what the [command] button is right?) copy this to a flash disc formatted to fat32, reboot to windows, then post the picture here.

I really wish you would do this step on your own or I fear you won't learn how your system works... you installed it in the past and got this far... what could happen that you couldn't get back to this point? IMO nothing...

but for now and simplicity sake I'll help with what you are asking.

don't bother sending the files... just the picture of the devID from the lspci printout. remember to use OSx86 Tools Utility to get this.

kextstat does what the name implies... it gives you the stats on the kexts being used.... you're confusing the steps... this is to see (later on) which of the kerenel extensions the editing works on.

send me that picture and we'll get the ball rolling.
