I don't have this problem when changing the rights with Finder.

This workaround should be sufficient to solve the "error 35" definitely, but there's a file (IONetworkingFamily) that you must place under "/System/Library/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/MacOS" and which should fix this error too (I forgot where).

yep, dont know y but my finder crashes right away if i change read-write permission, there comes the spin and finder is gone

at the moment there´s 2 ways for fix the error 35, the first one is adding a "phantom" device like you said before and the other way is replacing the /system/library/extensions/ionetworkingfamily.kext/contents/macos/ionetworkingfamily for this file

thnx, think i fixed it with the phantom device, what is the better way: phantom or file change? both workarounds?

both works great.. i still have in my system.log this error but not the problems.
