Images for all the disks i tried was burnt fine - they get to the installer on my gaming system (in sig) - well the intel based images do at least
Havent tried the Linux distros (and i have a download limit of 3gb a month - so cannot download much at all)
I have a feeling it has to do with the laptops configing of the HDD in ACHI mode maybe?
The bios is - well HP laptop - you can guess
(extremely limited) - in other words - nothing
I have a thread on Insanelymac also and of the 2 or 3 pg thread - all the responces have been others with the same problem
