Ah, Prateesh, thanks for bring my post to this discussion. That settles mainly all of my problems. Indeed, I am still anxious for Rev. 2 as this would reduce the complexity with the bootloader problems. For all of those that are part of the developing team for Rev. 2, below are my specs. Please incorporate them so I can run a true flawless O/S. Two Thumbs Up!

Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology K8NXP-SLI, nForce 4 SLI Chipset MOBO
Central-Processing-Unit: AMD 3500+ Venice Core Socket 939 Processor, SSE2 & 3 (not overclocked)
Memory/Modules: 3GB PC3200 DDR-400 RAM, (2x1024MB Corsair 3200C2PT, 2x512MB Crucial Ballistix)
Video/Graphics Card(s): 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT (Gigabyte Technology) (2x128MB in SLI Mode)
Hard Drive (HD): Western Digital SATA 320GB Hardrive w/ 16MB cache
Burners: 8x NU DVD Burner
Other Disk Drives: 1.44MB Floppy Disk Drive

Other Peripheals-
Realtek AC'97 Integrated 16-bit Sound Card, 7-channel
Marvell Integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet
NVIDIA Integrated 10/100 Ethernet (using right now)
GA-WPKG Wireless 54mbps Wireless Card (Gigabyte Technology)
IEEE 1394B (Latest)
4 USB Intergrated Ports 1.0/and/2.0
Thermaltake PSU, 550-watt (Peak) Power Supply Unit

MacOSX 10.5.1 Leopard Rev. 1
Lastly, does anyone know if Leopard supports SLI?

[cite] prateesh:[/cite]I downloaded the 3.35GB .iso read the Release notes.
For some reason, it says that this image is part of the Leopard Developers Preview.
Is this the version that all of us are using or is it some prerelease software thats been out way before t?
When downloading the torrent, there were 71 files that were stored in a folder named "Documents."
Upon extracting the .iso, the DVD was a whopping 4.7GB disk.

Please let me know if this is what everybody is using for 10.5.1.release of zephyroth

And will QE/CI will work on nVidia geforce go 6150 ?

I like where the Zephyroth Leopard 10.5.1 AMD Revision 2 is heading with all of the bug fixes and compatibility issues. Instead of paying Apple, we should be paying Zephyroth instead for all of his hard efforts. Yet at the same time, if my migration to Apple works for me, I will definitely hit the green button, and purchase a new Macbook Pro instead. :-) It Feels like PC's (for Windows-based) are going through a renaissance and are rejuvenating, haha.

Don't worry, read the wiki about the 1 minute left installer freeze bug.
Also it's common for Rev.1 to install no bootloader!

It's rather easy to fix the bootloader, it's well documented in this forum,
all you need to know / tell me is whether you used MBR or GUID.

- Boot the DVD

- type -s at prompt
(if you have firewire error type ctrl+c)

- type mount -uw /

- type mount -t hfs /"Your dev" /Volumes

- rm -r /System/Library/Extensions/GeForce*

- rm -r /System/Library/Extensions/NVDA*

- rm /System/Library/Extensions.mkext

- reboot
