Thanks for you reply but i dont want to open my computer specially for this. All i wanted to know is if it will be detected in rev2 without the need to mess around with the HDD and opening the whole comp. |

I guess it could be intimidating to someone who hasn't opened the side up on your PC, but it is very simple. You should see my Machine........lol have 3 drives hanging out the side onto the desk trying different methods of install. However if your running a PC with factory warranty, then I could understand. I too am hoping Rev2 eases my pain ![]() |

My HDD slides up and down in my pc, 'cause I had to bring it one track up (cable to short) and there are no fitting holes for fixing the HDD. ;-)

@crawle: Not good! Your HDD really shouldn't slide, make sure that it has a rock solid position and doesn't move!
