Updated both my MacBook Pro and my hackintosh with the update and everything works fine. The weird thing is that when I updated my MBP using Apple Software Update the update was 9.8MB, but when I downloaded the update from Apple's site to use on my hackintosh it was somewhere around 70MB.

no probs here also.
however 10.6.1 was a BIG slowdown for me. booting time has roughly doubled and working with 10.6.1 is not nearly as smooth as with my 10.5.8 inst. although 10.6.1 is on a much faster disk. |
