I'm back again. After lot of trouble I reinstalled Snow I have fixed issue with blue screen after resolution change (using VGA port, not DVI with VGA adapter - HD2600XT olnly works like that) and audio is workong.

Now I have new problems. My WiFi is still not workong properly, and I can not take screenshot (shift+cmd+3 or 4) I hear sound but there isn't any pict on my desktop. Eaven if I use Grub I get blank (white) screenshot.

What .kext to use that my IDE devices work? I have DVD DL RW and it is not workong.

Shuttle SG33G5
Intel Dual Core 2
G33+ICH9DH Chipset
Nvidia 9600GT
4 Gigs Ram

I have Leopard running 10.5.8 without any problems. I installed Snow Leopard to External USB. It works in 32bit but get the error when I load in 64bit.

Cheers

Do you have sleepenabler.kext installed, if so you need to remove it and get the updated version for 10.6.2

That is the problem I never had it instalded. I'm so pissed of myselfe for breaking workong 10.6.0 (except screen capture). Like Wile E. Coyote said: "Back to the drawing board"

I'll install 10.6.0 again and leave it at that.

You really shouldn't have any problems running 10.6.2 on that mobo with nvidia graphics.

I have similar system ga-p35-ds3l nvidia 8800gs

Everything is spot on.

It took a while but now I'm down to minimal extra kexts and a system that software update doesn't break

I did notice that you had macFuse installed, it's not needed you can enable read/write support for ntfs in snow
