AMD Phenom II 720

I'm new to Hackintoshs and i have read that it is possible to install Snow Leopard on AMD CPUs. I would like some help in selecting a distro and how to install it. Here are my specs:

  • CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P DDR3
  • Hard Drive: Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 250GB 7200RPM SATA
  • Graphics Card: HIS Radeon HD4850 512MB
  • DVD Drive: JLMS DVD-ROM XJ-HD166

Thanks Very Much

Try "Snow Leopard Client-Server 10.6.2 by Hazard".
Set your "SATA mode" in BIOS to "AHCI".
During installation select Blackknight's 10.6.2 kernel, Chameleon RC4 (or patched version with ATI graphics card injection), Realtek 1000 drivers, Evoreboot and CMOS reset fix (the last one on the list). After installation boot to Snow Leo with "maxmem=4096" if your PC shutdowns during boot without it.
