Real Time Clock Issue, P55 Core i5

Hey Infinitemac,

I need some assistance. I was able to get a retail install of Snow Leopard running fully patched and fully configured. I am left with one unknown though.

My problem is the realtime clock (system clock) is running about 50% to fast. I have tried removal of nullpowermanagement.kext, as well as bios edits with speedstep. I have also tried injecting a modified DSDT.aml into my bootloader to fix this problem nothing is working. I used DSDTSE to edit my dsdt file, however I am willing to retry if anyone has a different method.

Look forward to your assistance!
