Kernel panic on every distro
 

Hello!
I have been triyng to install osx now for a couple of days. I boot up from the dvd it installs fine but when I try to boot it gives me kernel panic. Pictures can be found in attached files.
This happens with every distro I have installed: iATKOS v7, iPC 10.5.6 Universal, iDeneb 1.4.

My system specs:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3,1GHz
Msi K9N SLI
3 GB 667 MHz RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3850
1 Sata HD 250 GB with windows 7, 160 GB IDE Drive with osx.
