I had this idea when talking to ~pcwiz about it, the problem is that we'd need to create packages for every motherboard, which is tons of combinations of drivers and kernels and all kinds of stuff....

I have a FX5500 128MB AGP card installed on this machine, and it's supported with NVinject, NVKush and NVdarwin...

From my experience with SetFile, you don't need to type the full path, it works with just:

setfile -a V /path/here

But yeah, you do need to have Developer Tools installed.
