As far as I know usb is the only option until either, someone ports the window drivers, or vmware fusion/parallels somehow allow windows direct access to the underlying hardware.

The only program I've found a bit unstable on my system is Firefox - it crashes every few hours with the Divide by Zero error. Other than that no issues whatsoever running 3rd party apps :)
