Right click status bar at the bottom of Everest window, you should now see a menu which has ACPI tools. Open it and select save dsdt.

This is pretty much as basic as can be, this board just doesn't need lot of fixes. Even ICH10 works out of the box, I mean without dsdt fix or ioahciblockstorageinjector to fix orange HD icons.

Yes, same here. My P43-Neo also works great except after sleep shutdown and restart no longer work. Mine wakes up nicely using usb keyboard, mouse or Apple remote.
