Well try to boot in the safemode using -x bootflag. If that works, I would try to follow the instructions posted here.

If you would provide some more info about your hardware, we can see what's possible.
Get the file I attached, install it open Terminal, enter "sudo lspci -nn" & post it's output.

Hey Thank You Bro for helping
i have inserted iAtkos v7 DVD and installed Chameloen 2 for loader and Voodoo Audio driver and Wired nForce and Wirless Bradcom and installed and i have made -f flag for bot to refresh kexts.
and Result :-
Sound Still not working
Wirless still not working and not availbale in options
Wired Ethernet: it was waiting IP Address, so i entered it manually and it said to Connected, i tried to open safari but say in stauts bar that : "connecting to xxxxxx server" for each site i type. ( i think still not working.

I have downloaded this program and i will try it now,

Installing all this stuff from a prepatched distro doesn't make it easier to solve problems - usually it even creates more of them, so if iAtkos v7 installer works in your case, I would first of all do an as clean as possible install with just a minium of those fixes.
For example: Main System, Chameleon v2, /Extra, DSDT, Voodoo Kernel of your choice, dsmos, Disabler, OHR, nForce Chipset driver & Post-Install Actions - nothing else. (Maybe PS2 driver?)

Once done go ahead and try to get your hardware working - in this case you know the changes done to the OS, and you are able to undo them if it doesn't work as expected.

Some hints:
Wifi - You can try this script it will add more device IDs to the Broadcom Wireless driver.
Wired - This Kernel Extension should work for you.
Sound - From what I found on Ubuntu Forums your device is using an ALC861-VD Codec - Maybe this will help you.

Good Luck.
