Ok, although I would assume the capabilities are the same as all other X2 chipsets that have been mentioned previously, but here they are anyway, (admittedly from the amd product data sheet and wiki)
Manchester (90 nm SOI) * CPU-Stepping: E4 * L1-Cache: 64 + 64 KiB (Data + Instructions), per core * L2-Cache: 256, 512 KiB fullspeed, per core * MMX, Extended 3DNow!, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, AMD64, Cool'n'Quiet, NX Bit * Socket 939, HyperTransport (1000 MHz, HT1000) Anything else on the processor front? Oh, I wasn't being rude, just a bit confused as to why you were leaping in with multiple posts about the thing without being a bit more careful (generally helps to write more than one sentence in each post, and if you happen to post before you meant to edit rather than making another post [ just future advice for a bit nicer read]) |

yeah, the reason I do that is because some noobs or complete idiots don't read edits so as standard I just use the multiple posts....

Need another beta? Athlon64 X2 6000+ 4GB Asus M2N-SLI deluxe GeForce 8600GTS I'm a coder and musician, and I've worked with OSX for years. Pretty much everything works with r1 except the dual onboard LANs. And I'm writing a driver to make that work. So it's not like I'm mooching off anyone. Anyway keep up the good work Zeph. |

That error means that Darwin can't read from the install disk, for whatever reason. Typically this refers to a bad burn. Depending on your burning software, it's unlikely that the ISO was corrupt (unless you got an error when burning). More likely is it's a bad burner, bad media, need to reflash cdrw firmware, etc.

Yeah, i thik the same
Maybe the quality of the DVD isn't good ;( Spend a little more buying a better DVD, that should work, also the slow burning, anyway, i've burned my tiger isos and the leopard rev1 at 6x and no problem =) (my only problem was that my hd wasn't recognized by the tiger and leopard installations ![]() good look ![]() Reading, answering and waiting for the Rev2 from Mexico =) 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean.
