Installed 10.5.2. Are the quicktime, Itunes, and Frontrow updates safe to install now?

I've installed the 10.5.2 update into Zephy's 10.5.1, everything seems to be running just fine. Using EFI and the new kernel. So, am I safe to use software update to get the newest quicktime, frontrow and Itunes? Is there anything special that I need to do to install these updates? Please inform
