I tried to install iDeneb v1.5.1 OSX86 v10.5.7 on my PC, but it can´t boot properly so far. Basically it should work, as some users managed it.

Onboard SATAII controller integrated ICH8R / JMicron JMB 361
500 GB SATA
DVD-RW DL,SATA
Onboard IEEE 1394 VIA 6308
PS2 Keyboard / USB mouse

BIOS settings default (work with installation)

Virtualization enabled
Execute-Disable Bit Capibility enabled
Multicore enabled
IOAPIC enabled
Onboard RAID IDE
Firewir, Audio enabled
PCI IDE Busmaster SATA1 enabled, IDE

after first reboot after the chameleon boot menue, it hangs on the silver apple screen..

Yes, its the AC883, which I chose during the installation. I also tried to install this drivers:
http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...howtopic=36520

MSI :

Audio
• High Definition link controller integrated in Intel® ICH8R chip.
• Audio codec Realtek® 883.
- Compliant with Azalia 1.0 spec.
- Flexible 8-channel audio with jack sensing.

greets

I would backup your existing kexts before trying anything new.

Have you tried Taruga's AppleHDA Patcher?
http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...howtopic=32859

or VoodooHDA?
http://code.google.com/p/voodoohda/

I am not too familiar with this audio chipset.
