Asus X5DIJ , please help!!

I am desperate!!.
After hours and 2 installations (very slow!!) iīm able to boot onto Leopard. Thatīs about all I can do cosīI have no track-pad (no Mouse, using USB one), my resoltion is a stinky 1024 and have no Wireless. I also have no audio...

So I could go ahead and spend a few more hours trying different iAtkos installation settings, but
a) I have no idea what to choose. I did my homework and have a "Everest" profile of my PC, but itīs obviously not enough.
b ) Iīm afraid iīd mess it up even more.

My configuration is:

- Asus X5DIJ with Windows 7 and Leopard partitions
- Intel Pentium III Xeon, 2200 MHz
- 4GB Ram
- Mouse: ELAN PS/2 Port Smart-Pad
- Graphics: Mobile IntelŪ GMA 4500M
- Wireless: Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter
- Audio: VIA High Definition Audio

On the last install (at least can boot): iAtkos s3 with no graphics enabler, default bootloader (Aberos ??) ps2 drivers...

Is there a way of applying different configs without the endless rebooting, and 20 minute installations?. Whatīs the aproach now?. Iīve trying to install some kexts and no results so far.

I desperately need this to work!!.
I do music with Logic Audio (only Mac) and had an iMac that broke, (PC for everything else). Macs are just too expensive and I hate Steve Jobs so I dived into this solution. Iīm worried my system is just not compatible, which would reaaaally suck...

Thanks in advance and keep up the good work!!.

Hackintosh is same as love. If you force it, it won't work. I don't know how to help you, but you can't judge that your laptop isn't compatible from two installations.

When i purchased my motherboard on my PC, specially for the Hackintosh i was careful. I had the ASUS P5-KPLAM SE, witch is one of the most compatible Hackintosh motherboards ever. But i didn't succeed from the first time. I think i installed it correctly the fourth time. Yeah... So you better get a cup of coffee and spend a day on fixing your hackintosh.

I really hope that you'll be able to work this out

Giving up on asus XDIJ...

Got the mouse (trackpad) working but: horrible resolution, no sound, no Wifi...
After a restart the mouse just goes crazy, all over the place.
My main isuue is that if I try to fix something, install a new kext or whatever, half the time I end up not being able to boot at all. So I have to start from scratch and thatīs 30min at least.
Is there a way to make a disk image, bvackup or something so I donīt have to install from DVD everytime?.
I canīt find any posts of how to get the Asus X5DIJ going in the right direction. Think Iīll just wait to see if someone more prepared can actually do it.
