be carefull when you copy/delete files in the image because it autosave any changes so you should make a copy of your image and you can only modify things in...

it's not that hard, select in Options > Show Hidden Files , mount the image, expand the image HFS+ Volume > System > Library and there u can find extensions.mkext (just use drag&drop)
