i had to flash my card using NVinject guide (http://nvinject.free.fr/512Mb.html)

but everything now works fine with ci/qe enabled!!

2. used EFI studio to write 7600gs 512mb to com.apple.boot.plist.
3. installed the 9f23installer.pkg

1)sure is!
2)installed ipc 10.5.6 without any kexts/injectors
3)installed the kexts downloaded...

into GeForce.kext, NVDANV40Hal.kext, NVDAResman.kext and NVinject.kext
then followed the guide but still i can only boot in safe mode and no ci/qe....
