Just install as per the guide, but in the GeForce.kext, NVDANV40Hal.kext and NVDAResman.kext, edit the plists and replace the Device ID that is there with your cards' Device ID. That should work.

And your card is NOT the same, so these kexts wont work for you.

After you remove the injectors, then you can use the EFI string. There's no guarantee...
