im guessing you should try to reinstall NVCInject...

im guessing you should try to reinstall NVCInject for your graphics card... check google for a version that works with 10.5.7, or you could try making it again

note that the combo 10.5.6 is from 10.5.4-10.5.1,...

note that the combo 10.5.6 is from 10.5.4-10.5.1, if your on 10.5.5 just get the regualr update, also to save your self some trouble just get the 10.5.7 combo.

I dont see any issues unless your computer doesnt have the right port/slot for it. and you would need drivers but that doesnt matter. if its for an Accual mac, there should be no problem finding...

you cant install kexts just vy dragging them... Open OSx86 tools(google is your friend) and click instal kexts when its loaded then browse for the audio kext you should have restart, and working...
