a good place to start will be with your system details... even a model number for the HP laptop is a good place to start... you can then pull the specs for it from a quick Google search and repost....

how fast did you burn this disc... the main reason these issues have been caused in the past is because the disc was burned too fast. slow it down (4x or less is recommended)
